Wine Tasting Menu

Greek Pasta Salad with Wine Vinaigrette
A vibrant blend of tender pasta, crisp cucumbers, ripe tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese, all tossed in a light, herb-forward wine vinaigrette. Paired with Winzerwald Strawberry Wine, its subtle sweetness and bright fruit notes complement the salad’s fresh, tangy flavors.

Caprese Salad Skewer with Balsamic Glaze
Fresh mozzarella pearls, juicy cherry tomatoes, and fragrant basil layered on a skewer and finished with a rich balsamic glaze. Served alongside City Limits Chardonnay, whose smooth, balanced profile enhances the creamy cheese and sweet acidity of the balsamic.

Red Wine Dark Chocolate Fudge
Decadent dark chocolate fudge infused with subtle notes of red wine, delivering a smooth, velvety finish. Paired with Oliana’s Cannonau, a bold red with dark fruit and spice notes that beautifully deepen the richness of the chocolate.

*Complimentary water is included with each wine pairing. Walk-up service is available throughout the ride.

** To ensure exclusive seating for your party, we recommend purchasing an entire table. Guests seated at tables with fewer than four people will not receive additional servings of alcohol. Each passenger will receive one drink pairing per course only.**

French Lick & West Baden was once known as the home to “America’s Laxative”. The Pluto Water slogan was “When nature wont, Pluto will.” At one point in time, 40-50 train cars were used to ship Pluto Water across the country. This “healing” water naturally contained sodium, magnesium sulfate, and lithium which produced a foul odor. This odor prompted people to say that the underworld couldn’t be far away.

Pluto, the Roman God of the Underworld became a staple symbol in our area. Ultimately, Pluto Water sales were stopped in 1971 when lithium became a controlled substance and was no longer allowed to be sold publicly. However, the Pluto symbol remains and can still be found in many areas locally.
