Immerse yourself in the flavorful world of chocolate on our unique chocolate tasting train. It’s a chocolate lover’s dream. Our trip offers a rare, intense, and decadent experience; as you discover the thrilling sensation of chocolate. Passengers will taste and learn how to engage their senses and try a variety of chocolate paired with chocolate confections and cocktails.

This 1 hour and 30 minute ride is a 21+ event that will delight any chocolate lover.

Embark on a decadent journey featuring a curated selection of chocolate creations paired with indulgent beverages.

  • Chocolate Flight – Fresh, unexpected pairings like fruit and bold flavors dipped in rich chocolate. Selections may vary to allow our chef flexibility.
  • White Chocolate Pistachio Blondies – Buttery blondies drizzled with creamy white chocolate and finished with crunchy pistachios for the perfect sweet-and-nutty bite. Paired with the Southern Sundae Rail, crafted with butter pecan moonshine, half-and-half, and milk for a rich, dessert-inspired sip.
  • Chocolate Chip Salted Caramel Shortbread Bars – A rich, layered dessert featuring buttery shortbread, a gooey salted caramel center, and a decadent chocolate finish. Perfectly paired with the Ole Smoky Mountain Express, crafted with Mountain Java Moonshine, Amaretto, caramel whiskey, and half-and-half for a smooth, indulgent coffee-inspired cocktail.

  • Strawberry Tart – A buttery, flaky tart shell filled with sweet strawberry filling and finished with a glossy glaze for a bright, refreshing dessert with the perfect balance of sweetness and tang. Paired with the Sweet Caboose, made with White Chocolate Strawberry Moonshine, Cookies & Cream Moonshine, and half-and-half, creating a creamy, dessert-inspired cocktail that complements the tart’s fruity brightness with smooth, indulgent richness.

             French Lick & West Baden was once known as the home to “America’s Laxative”. The Pluto Water slogan was “When nature wont, Pluto will.” At one point in time, 40-50 train cars were used to ship Pluto Water across the country. This “healing” water naturally contained sodium, magnesium sulfate, and lithium which produced a foul odor. This odor prompted people to say that the underworld couldn’t be far away.

              Pluto, the Roman God of the Underworld became a staple symbol in our area. Ultimately, Pluto Water sales were stopped in 1971 when lithium became a controlled substance and was no longer allowed to be sold publicly. However, the Pluto symbol remains and can still be found in many areas locally.
