Beers provided by Grand Junction Brewing Company (Westfield, Indiana), thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of bold, savory, and sweet bites designed to complement each brew’s unique profile.
Sweet & Spicy Snack Mix – A crave-worthy blend of crunchy, salty, and subtly sweet elements with a kick of heat that builds with every bite. Paired with Hoosier Pride, a beer that balances malt richness with a smooth, approachable finish, enhancing both the sweetness and spice of the mix.
Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese – Creamy, comforting macaroni layered with tender chicken and tossed in a tangy buffalo sauce for a perfect blend of heat and richness. Paired with Lost in Nature, a brew whose crisp, refreshing profile cuts through the creaminess while highlighting the bold buffalo spice.
Loaded Beer Cheese Dip With Chips – A rich, savory beer cheese dip loaded with flavor and served warm alongside crisp chips for dipping. Paired with Mulligan, a smooth, well-rounded beer that enhances the creamy, cheesy depth while keeping each bite balanced and satisfying.

French Lick & West Baden was once known as the home to “America’s Laxative”. The Pluto Water slogan was “When nature wont, Pluto will.” At one point in time, 40-50 train cars were used to ship Pluto Water across the country. This “healing” water naturally contained sodium, magnesium sulfate, and lithium which produced a foul odor. This odor prompted people to say that the underworld couldn’t be far away.
Pluto, the Roman God of the Underworld became a staple symbol in our area. Ultimately, Pluto Water sales were stopped in 1971 when lithium became a controlled substance and was no longer allowed to be sold publicly. However, the Pluto symbol remains and can still be found in many areas locally.
